"With my combined studies in various forms of massage and bodywork, anatomy and physiology, music, yoga, meditation, martial arts, shamanic healing, Reiki and sound healing as well as my extensive and ongoing travels and training all over the world, I hope to offer a unique flavour to the realms of complimentary therapy. I'm constantly looking into new avenues of knowledge, self improvement and new perspectives on health. It has always been my goal to offer an affordable service of the highest quality and to be a person of support to the community as a healing presence in any way that I can.
I believe in a holistic, balanced approach to my work with focus on the individual. For me it is of fundamental importance that the perspectives of the West and the lesser known (at least in our society) perspectives of Eastern medicine and shamanism are equally taken into account when approaching any issue. In my opinion science and spirituality are two sides of the same coin and are in no way mutually exclusive despite the polarisation of opinions and positions that we see all too commonly these days. From my experience of life, an understanding of both is necessary to maintain optimal health and balance.
